Do not send secrets
Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, Shopify secrets, database connection strings, supplier credentials, or unnecessary customer/store data in email.
Responsible testing
Please avoid destructive testing, denial-of-service activity, credential attacks, social engineering, or accessing/modifying data that does not belong to you. Use a development or test store when possible.
Scope
This policy covers the public Shop Boost Labs website and Shop Boost Labs Shopify applications operated by Shop Boost Labs. NexaExchange is a separate project and is not covered by this policy.

Shop Boost Labs reviews reported issues and prioritizes confirmed security problems based on impact. This page does not promise a bug bounty or a specific response-time guarantee.
