A clear report helps us reproduce the problem without collecting unnecessary merchant or customer data.
Please include
- App name
- Your Shopify store domain
- What you were trying to do
- Exact steps that led to the problem
- What you expected
- What happened instead
- Approximate date and time
- Error text, if one was shown
Please do not include
- Passwords
- Shopify access tokens or API secrets
- Database connection strings
- Supplier credentials
- Private keys
- Payment-card information
- Unnecessary customer names, addresses, or order details
Send the report
Email shopboostlabs8@gmail.com with a short subject such as Product Tracker — draft creation error.
